These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern text messages sent by SJB Farms Inc. ("Company", "we", "us") through the AgPortal application. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
1. Consent
By voluntarily providing your phone number and explicitly opting in to SJB Farms Inc., you expressly consent to receive text messages from us at that number. Consent is not a condition of employment or use of AgPortal. You may revoke consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions below.
2. Types of Messages
We may send you text messages related to farm operations, including but not limited to:
- Livestock delivery and shipment notifications
- Weather and hail alerts for your farm locations
- Time-clock reminders and shift notifications
- Feed delivery and inventory alerts
- Operational updates and urgent notices
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on operational activity. During active periods (deliveries, severe weather, etc.), you may receive multiple messages per day. During normal operations, message volume is typically low.
4. Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. Opting out of SMS will not affect your access to AgPortal or any other communications.

6. Costs and Carrier Disclaimer
Message and data rates may apply. SJB Farms Inc. is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier. Check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
