End User License Agreement

AgPortal is a proprietary internal business application developed and operated by SJB Farms Inc. ("Company") for use by its authorized employees and contractors.

1. License Grant

The Company grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use AgPortal solely for internal business operations related to the Company's agricultural activities.

2. Restrictions

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the application, nor may they reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

3. Third-Party Integrations

AgPortal integrates with third-party services including QuickBooks Online. Use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.

4. Data Ownership

All data entered into AgPortal remains the property of the Company.

5. Termination

Access may be revoked at any time at the Company's sole discretion.
